用户协议

欢迎使用 IC Studio 网站及其 Cognote、FretLab 产品与相关服务（以下简称“本产品”）。本协议是用户（以下简称“您”）与本产品开发者之间具有约束力的协议。请您在使用前仔细阅读并同意以下条款。

1. 服务说明

1.1 本产品包括 IC Studio 网站、Cognote 与 FretLab 的网页工具和桌面软件、安装包、账号系统、CloudBase 后端服务和相关更新。 1.2 本产品不断更新，功能内容可能随时调整，恕不另行通知。

2. 用户行为

2.1 您承诺合法使用本产品，不得利用本产品从事违法、侵权或扰乱网络秩序的行为。 2.2 您不得以任何方式复制、分发、转售、出租、再授权、破解、绕过授权系统、反向工程、反编译、擅自修改本产品，或共享账号、访问码、license token、账号权益。

3. 付费功能

3.1 您在支付成功并完成账号权益激活后，获得对应产品、模块、Bundle、买断或订阅权益的有限使用授权。 3.2 购买本产品仅授予使用权，不代表源码所有权、版权、商业秘密、产品所有权或任何其他知识产权发生转让。 3.3 当前每个账号可注册不限数量的设备，并可在多台设备上同时使用其已购范围内的产品；每台设备仍需完成登录、授权校验及必要的设备注册。 3.4 买断权益默认不设置离线使用天数限制；未来订阅权益如上线，将受订阅到期时间限制。 3.5 具体收费标准、包含产品、模块范围和服务期限以购买页面、账号页面或书面协议展示为准。

4. 知识产权

4.1 除单独列明的第三方组件外，本产品及相关代码、后端逻辑、生成引擎、界面设计、名称、标识、文案、素材、安装包均归 Igor Chen 所有。 4.2 本产品是 proprietary software。仓库或安装包中包含的开源许可证仅适用于对应第三方组件，不适用于 Cognote 或 IC Studio 的专有代码。 4.3 未经许可，您不得复制、传播、转售或用于未授权商业用途。

5. 免责声明

5.1 本产品按"现状"提供，不对特定目的或结果作出保证。 5.2 在法律允许的范围内，因使用本产品导致的直接或间接损失，开发者不承担责任。

6. 协议修改

6.1 开发者可根据需要修改本协议，并在页面公布更新版本。 6.2 您在修改后继续使用本产品即视为同意修改。

English Summary

IC Studio, Cognote, and FretLab are proprietary software and services owned by Igor Chen, except for separately identified third-party components. Purchasing an IC Studio product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product, module, bundle, perpetual license, or future subscription entitlement. It does not transfer copyright, source code ownership, trade secrets, or product ownership.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, crack, bypass licensing, reverse engineer, decompile, modify without permission, or share accounts, access codes, license tokens, or entitlements. Accounts may currently register an unlimited number of devices and use purchased products on multiple devices concurrently; each device must still complete login, license verification, and any required device registration. Perpetual licenses are not subject to a fixed offline-day limit; future subscriptions remain subject to subscription expiration.
